To cook the veal with a little exotic side, take out your wok and sauté the meat with cashews. A delight !


For 4 people

  • 350 g of almost veal
  • 250 of cooked rice
  • 250 g of gourmet peas
  • 80 g of cashew nuts
  • 25 g dehydrated black mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Immerse the mushrooms in a bowl of lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Cut the veal into strips. Peel and chop the garlic. Rape and wash the greedy peas.

In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic and meat for 5 minutes over high heat. Add mushrooms, sweet peas, salt and pepper. Cover and cook covered for 7 minutes.

Add the rice and cashews. Cook another 6 minutes and serve immediately.
