From 2 years and half-3 years old, let your gourmand discover this Italian dessert. A sweetness to share with family!
- For 4 people :
- 30 boudoirs
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. tablespoons sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 2 cups light decaffeinated coffee
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 pinch of salt
Separate whites from yellows. Salt the whites and put them in very firm snow. Mix the yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the mascarpone and the whites to snow. Book fresh. Dip the boudoirs quickly in the light coffee and arrange them as and when in a hollow dish (or in 4 cuts). Cover them with half of the cream. Put a new layer of soaked boudoirs in the coffee, then cover with the rest of the cream. Sprinkle with cocoa and place at least 5 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
