Made with kiwi, melon and pear, this smoothie, ready to be tasted in just 15 minutes, will complement your breakfasts and snacks.


For 2 people

  • 1 kiwi
  • 150 g watermelon
  • 1 small pear, ripe
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons crushed ice
  • Ice sugar according to your tastes


Peel the kiwi and melon and cut into pieces.

Peel the pear, cut it in half, remove the core and cut the flesh into small pieces.

Put the pieces of kiwi, melon and pear with lemon juice and crushed ice in a blender (or a blender) and reduce to a puree.
